Try it and apply it. Healing the body the mind and the spirit is more than we normally think about. It is a practice, and it is an opportunity to deeply meditate and coordinate your sound your intention and your focus to heal.

Sure, but good if you can decide on on and keep it from distracting you. Just be sure to focus deeply and clearly.

head pressure? your turban is too tight? You are furrowing your brow with intense effort. Joking aside...try breathing more deeply.....maybe ask your instructor when you are in class practicing. Hard for me to know what you are doing that causes head pressure. xoxoxo

Not sure what your head pressure is from....however, I can say from my own practice of Kundalini Yoga that this energy is quite healing and rejuvenating to one's health and wellbeing. Look at me smile
